Why can't I see any prices?
This is a trade/wholesale only website, therefore, to be able to see our prices, you need to create an account or sign in.
How do I place an order?
Add the products to your shopping cart and checkout, as usual, choosing your shipping option and payment method.
- If there is no shipping option for your location, choose 'Bank Transfer' in the payments section.
- Once your order is received, we will calculate the best delivery cost and send a new invoice, including shipping, along with payment options.
- If you agree with the invoice, settle the payment, and we will send your soaps quickly.

Are Your Soaps Tested On Animals?
We’re proudly compassionate and cruelty-free. Our products are tested on friends, not furries, so you can bathe with a clean conscience, knowing your skincare is the kindest kind. That’s great for the animals and for you too; you get to be the guinea pig when you try a new soap for the first time.
Are Your Products Dermatologically Tested?
Since our soaps are made without chemical irritants and toxic ingredients, they’re naturally skin-safe. The formulas are so pure, they’re suitable for even delicate, sensitive and young skin. Your whole family can use our French soaps, from bébé to grand-mère. That means peace of mind as well as perfectly soft skin.
Do You Use Plant-Based Oils?
We shun synthetic, chemical and animal oils, opting instead for the purity of plant-based goodness. That means our soaps are free from petroleum, paraffin, mineral oil, lanolin and animal-derived glycerine. And that means your skin is left naturally soft and smooth, not unbearably irritated, itchy, sore, dry, tight, you get the idea…
Are Your Soaps Vegan?
Not all, but many of our products are suitable for vegans. Scour the ingredients lists of those items and you won’t spot any milk, yoghurt or animal-derived glycerine and definitely no bacon. You see, we’re an inclusive company, and also, we’ve heard that since vegans crunch so many carrots, they can give a nasty bite. Look out for this icon.
Are Your Soaps Handmade?
Artisanal soap gives you the quality and luxury your skin deserves. Plus, it looks nicer on your sink if we’re being honest. Our bars are handcrafted by master soap-makers trained in the art of creating genuine Savon de Marseille. So you can care for your skin and show off to your house guests.
Are Your Soaps Made From Natural Ingredients?
We didn’t get our brand name by chance; harmful chemicals are a no-go here at TNFSC HQ. We prefer natural ingredients that nourish and pamper, because the stuff gifted to us by nature is the kindest on delicate skin. After all, Mother Nature knows best (just don’t let the wife hear you say that).
Do Your Soaps Contain Palm Oil?
Our soaps wouldn’t be so sumptuous if they weren’t enriched with natural essential and palm oils. We use only sustainably sourced palm oil because we want to preserve the planet’s precious rainforests and, well, we like orang-utans. By choosing sustainable palm oil, we’re supporting farmers who do things the ethical way.

Do You Use Organic Ingredients?
We believe in the pure power of organic. We use organic shea butter in many of our soaps and are partial to a drop of organic donkey milk too. But what does “organic” mean? More than just a hipster buzzword, it means no pesticides or herbicides were used on the crops that bear our luscious ingredients.
Where Are Your Soaps Made?
Our Soaps (unless stated otherwise) are made by local artisans using traditional methods in the Provence region of France. Aleppo soap is the exception, which is manufactured in Syria.

Do You Use Eco-Packaging?
Receive a parcel from us and you’ll notice something: from the tape outside to the padding inside, we favour paper over plastic. Zero plastic means zero waste, which makes us happy. Because now we know the impact that single-use plastic has on the planet, popping bubble wrap is no longer fun. Unless it’s biodegradable, of course :)

Are Your Products Recyclable?

Once your order has been shipped, you will see your tracking details displayed. Just copy the tracking number into the track field on the relevant website, i.e. Fedex.com.

Many of the carriers we use won't ship to P.O.Boxes, as a signature is required on delivery.

Yes, we do. We ship almost worldwide. If your country is not listed on the shipping page, please contact us to let us know where you would like delivery to, and we'll find a price for you.
